The emphasis for these children is on providing a warm, caring, home-like environment. Individualized care provides a consistency between home and the center. A balance of new and familiar experiences stimulates their learning.<\/p>\n<p>The Center provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appropriate toys for each child&#8217;s age and development<\/li>\n<li>Cribs &amp; sheets<\/li>\n<li>High chairs<\/li>\n<li>Bibs\u00a0and burp clothes<\/li>\n<li>Formula (Mama Bear Gentle) and whole milk (at 12 months old)<\/li>\n<li>Baby food and cereal<\/li>\n<li>Table food (at 12 months old)<\/li>\n<li>Juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Parent provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diapers, wipes, and creams (if needed)<\/li>\n<li>Bottles (not glass) for a day\u2019s supply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parents are asked to fill out an information sheet every four months and\/or as needed.\u00a0These sheets\u00a0give us\u00a0special information about your infant such as sleeping pattern, favorite foods, best liked activities, etc. The infant room staff will keep these forms updated.<\/p>\n<p>Children\u2019s\u00a0stuffed animals from home should be taken home weekly and washed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 weeks to 18 months The Infant Room\u2019s maximum daily enrollment is eight (8) infants with a staff of two adults, who are educated and trained in infant care.
